Living the “soft life – why it could be “beneficial for you”
As time pass by; It’s to say “feeling a bit overwhelmed”
cold be an under – statement
with all life has been throwing at use – buying
groceries has become a sport; lately I’ve been making
it a point to practice mindfulness: showing my self
grace when ever I can –
you may be wondering how can you too share in this thought process well your

Tips for embracing the soft life:
- Set gentle morning routines
- Practice saying “no” to over commitment
- Create cozy spaces at home
- Make time for activities that bring joy
- Listen to your body’s needs
Keep in mind these are just suggestions ; you are the captain of your ship and
the master of your world – do as you see fit; this is the beauty of all of this we
get to create the life we see fit for ous individual life – so have fun.
