As time pass  by; It’s to say “feeling a bit overwhelmed”

cold be an under – statement

with all  life has been throwing at use – buying

groceries has become a sport; lately I’ve been making

it a point to practice  mindfulness: showing my self

grace when ever I can –

you may be wondering how can you too share in this thought process well your

reality for ourselves why it’s important for use to adopt this soft life

Tips for embracing the soft life:

  • Set gentle morning routines
  • Practice saying “no” to over commitment
  • Create cozy spaces at home
  • Make time for activities that bring joy
  • Listen to your body’s needs

Keep in mind these are just suggestions ; you are the captain of your ship and

the master of your world – do as you see fit; this is the beauty of all of this we

get to create the life we see fit for ous individual life – so have fun.
