Life goes on – moving on when the odds tells you not to!
Sometime you have to cute ties and move on – how to cope with lose in order
to follow and archive your dreams.
There’s not a corner in the world were there is nt at least one person who isn’t
morning some kind of relationship ; whether that be a person place or thing –
we all had to make decisions at one point in our life- to give or self a fighting
chance in getting what were mente to have in our life’s – see I believe there
comes a time for prayer and ther comes a time for action.
Studies have shown these key benefits of pursuing your dreams and taking action:
- Increased Life Satisfaction: Research indicates that people who actively pursue their goals report 40% higher life satisfaction scores compared to those who don’t.

One of the things I’ve learned about myself on my supper in posted but end up
being one of the biggest challenges; I’ve had to go though in my life- Maybe I’ll
wright a memoir about it one day ; having over 50 years of experience trust me
you want what I’m offering you lol – one thing I will say is; your ability to be
resilient is differently needed in order to move forward to get though life
challenges.
This is when I came up with THE BIG #3 for me!
Respect: Holding my self accountable; maintaining healthy well-being.
Resilient: willingness to change; place, people or thing!
Self-love: Being honest with my self, giving attention to what is required of me.
Positive Attitude and Mindset: Staying positive and maintaining an active
social life can help you feel and look younger. Engage in activities you enjoy,
keep learning new things, and connect with people. A happy, engaged
individual radiates a youthful energy.
Emotional Healing: mindfulness, journal ing, therapy, and support groups;
are a few resources you can get add on your journey of healing as well as
motivation seeing your self moving forward towards the life you want.
Skin Care Regimen: Invest in a good skincare routine. Use products with ingredients like retinol, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid that can help combat signs of aging. Always use sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays, which can accelerate skin aging.

work: Never give up ; make it a point to always get back up!
“Alchemy happens” when you – stand up for your hopes and dreams –
becoming comfortable with who you are – this allows room for change in your
life -in order for you to experience this type of alchemy – you may have to let
go of those you hold near and dear to you – look out for a blog post on this
topic; change comes in all area in your life.
