It’s no wander why – some were along the way or lack of
courage developed.
It doesn’t feel good to be misunderstood – when I was a young
girl the feeling of being seen – but not heard was a bit overwhelming at times.
People tend to forget how intelligent kids really are most of the time –
something I think most parents are guilty of myself included.
Protection has been number one on the list – you bring this little
human into the world -it’s a no brainier that “survival “ is the main “priority.”

How do we build Courage? – well for one we unlearn all the things that got us to this point in the first place,
The same way we picked up good habits – we picked up some bad one along the way.

at this point “Courage” would be nothing more then a byproduct of
you practicing mindfulness of the things thats pulling you to and
from your goals.
It’s kind of like creating a snowball affect were all areas in your life
starts to aline.
