Overcoming Procrastination Habits

I don’t know about you but – Procrastination has always

been that ones thing that had me in its clutches – As a child

I’ve been told over and over again  “why put live it for

tomorrow what can be don today”  – why not tackle what

can be done today? – why not free up brain space? one of

the reasons people fall into to this vague belief of living

things for another dayoverwhelmed with all the things

that is  asking for our time and attention we think – ah will

l’ll do this tomorrow and tomorrow  turns  into next month

then next moth turns into a year and so on.

This may or may not be you; if not lucky you!  For the ones that are struggling in

this area- check my vlog channel I have a video on this topic were I share

some cool tips; on how to over come some of these obstacles that has been  useful for me.

before we start let take a minute to – “recognizing” the ares were we can start

to change this type of “behavior” –  this is you  re – establishing a new

“relationship” – with this type of perspective.

Give your self grace –  look at this “area in your life” – as getting back on the horse –  ” the only way to ride a hors is to” get back on it”

Below are a few things – that will help you  get started  :

  • Always fishing what you  start –   Bills confidence
  •  Get adequate sleep
  • Limit time on  -“social media “
  • Move your  body
  • Prioritize “protein” in your diet
  • Scale your appointments –

According to research studies, approximately 20% of adults are chronic

procrastinators, while up to 95% of people admit to procrastinating

occasionally.

The Digital Age Effect: The percentage of chronic procrastinators has

increased by 300-400% over the past 40 years

Remember that overcoming procrastination is a gradual process that requires

patience and consistent effort. Start with small changes and build momentum

over time.

Procrastination’s gentle sway, Tasks that drift from day to day. “Tomorrow,” whispers in my ear, While deadlines slowly creep so near.Time slips by like grains of sand, As projects wait at my command. The urgency I choose to mask, Avoiding every waiting task. But wisdom calls from deep within, “Begin now, let progress win!” For every moment that we stall, Creates a steeper mountain wall.So let us break this binding chain, And start our work, ignore the strain. For only action sets us free From procrastination’s company.

THE END!
