Cheer’s to new beginnings!

Fall is here and i’m so here for it ya’ll – its so nice to see the

leaves on the floor giving way to cozy spooky session! 

This is the time of the year were self – love is key for sure.

Last week’s vlog I talked about-

How I’ve been  coping  with Anxiety.

Now that fall is officially here  –  I’ve been making it a point to include fall

activities every day that has been giving me nothing but joy! whenever the

season changes it give way to the opportunity for change.

weather Fall is your vibe or not here ae a supple of fun activates you can do to

help you stay away from seasonal depression and if you live in the northern

Hemisphere you get it…

A) go for morning walk’s

Not only does walking help’s your mood it also helps put on the map! I don’t

know about you but i always feel good after a walk first thing in the morning –

the earlier the better-

B) make it a point to perform some kind of skin – care setting time a side 

for your skin will help uplift and set the tone for your day – connecting

with your divine energy allows you – to grow into the women you

always new you could be.

 

C) Giving  thanks! Every day is a gift received – one of the way’s I love

to give gratitude is by writing in my journal – writing

allows me to not only give thanks it  also paints the

picture of how far I’ve come.
