“writhing list” helped me – overcomeprocrastination”
 
not to mention the “overwhelming” – feeling from keeping
 
things all in my “head” – which is a “sure fire” way to
 
“forget” all those- “great” ideas!
 
this is were “ADHD” comes to play – I’m not claiming it
 
but you connect the dotes!
taking a” few minutes” out of – your “evening”
or any time you see fit-  to “create” a list of the 
“most important” things – that needs “your
attention” for the – next day allows you to rep the
“benefits” of a – “calm” yet “productive mindset”.
