Why waking up early can help you to establish healthy boundaries!

Happy New Year guys! Welcome back to the blog.; We made it! Were  here  We

are being productive and so much more;  Sooo I’v been making it a point to go

out in nature  early in the mornings ; I’m talking 4 AM, 5 AM! Thanks to the

book called  the 5 AM club.

one of the take aways I received from the book was to earn  my mornings!

waking  up between the hours at 4:30 AM and 5 AM has really changed the

game. It taught me so many things about myself;  one of the things I realized I

needed to wok on was personal boundaries ; This came about when I started

going for my morning works; Once I started getting up earl and taking time  out just for me! This allowed me

to concentrate on my spiritual and  mental health as  my physical health ;

These three things are always at the top of my list!

One of the things I noticed that allowed me to keep this momentum up is going

to sleep at a certain time ; it’s always when it’s time to go to sleep we tend to

want to stay up longer lol  setting your alarm clock on your phone and having it

remind you of the time to go to bed; Someone may stumbles on the noise

while you’re having a conversation; But that’s OK because  theres  something

to be said about hearing that sound  that triggers you internally reminding

you thast your  supposed to do something; which is going to sleep these tip’s

are golden;  Even if you try to stay five minutes 10 minutes past your bedtime

I’ev gotton to the point now that I’m in bed before the alarmYay me!

Creating specific time for yourself  allow you to

build yourself confidences, feel more powerful

within your spirit ;  Carving out time to give thanks

and gratitude, So when the day starts and the

people gets to moving around; You’ev  already

Created a beautiful space for yourself;  When you  

Honor this act for yourself; Establishing healthy boundaries! will come easer

for you. When we respect ourselves othere will do tghe same.

 

 conclusion recap:

(A)  Set your alarm clock  I would suggest receiving at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep!

(B)  Go out in nature as soon as you can;’ It’s cientifically  proven;  “coming out

in daylight within 15 minutes of waking up does wonders towards your body;

Last but not least:  Go in your  quiet space and read the Bible. Yes, now you

may be saying I don’t have a bible! No matter…. With theses smart phones

there’s no excuses lol..   Receiving the daily bread, which is the word of God

allows you to receive healing, guidance and also love…  God created you in his

own image;  God will always love you no matter the  state of life you may find

yourself in. How freeing is that!
