Well here we are Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 Now that the holidays has officially started; I figured I would Share some tips with you guys that I have found very helpful though out the years!

Now that the kids all grown up  for the most part;  I’m sure we all know at least one person who has a adult children who moved back in our in some cases never left! This may or may not be a good thing for some of us who we’re looking forward towards a little more freedom Lol..  Holidays these days can be a little tricky Would along  with many social issues happening around the would: Find ourselves alone or even isolated on the holidays…
So allow me to share some of the things I found very helpful round this time of the year;  As we find  our homes Gearing towards becoming  Empty Nestor Here are my Go Tos that not only helped me feel fulfilled as well as quite entertained!
FACE TIME ; Now believe when I tell you; I understand the love hate situation with Face Timing! It’s a thin line between connecting  and plan old invasion! With all that being said.. Face a time cold and is a great way to stay connected with the ones you love..  You could schedule different timelines with the ones you really want to feel a sense of connection with.. It also allows you to have something to look forward to on the Holidays.  When it feel like every one has somewhere To be but you; Having an open mind towards the potential positive aspects and benefits From Face Time will be a cool and fun activity with your friends and family..
GETTING DRESSED UP; There’s nothing like getting ready for a special occasion! I stared this tradition many years ago; I was a young mother at that time;  Back in those day I learned it was best…  To create the atmosphere; Getting dressed, Hair Makeup high heels the works.. Now you don’t have to  go all out BUT Do allow your self to play! Remember it’s the holidays and you don’t have to worry about what time will you be back; Your already home Lol.. Take a couple of photos for IG and call it a day; Then slide right back in your comfy clothes..
GO OUT SAID; I’m sure this come of no surprise! Going out doors will always be number one if i could help it…  Going outside and getting fresh air allows me to get grounded..  There’s  something about being among the living Lol! Can we say Gratitude Gratitude Gratitude the over whelming privilege and honor we all have to be able to walk talk and breathe; Think about it How Blessed are we! that God afforded us such a thing! I’m always like think you God as soon think about it! Feels Good..
Always Remember: You have the power to create the life you want;  Why because your never truly alone, You were created by the most High God! We’re all in this thing we call life together; God loves you and so do I; Peace and love my friends!
