How to use Yoga as a tool – to connect back with the divine feminine. 

I don’t know about you; now that it’s fall and were finely experiencing the change of weather – I find myself practicing more indoor activities and yoga has been my go to when it comes to my physical health.

one of the things  women struggle with on a day to day bases is staying in there divinity.. and who could blame them –  our daily lives doesn’t have to mush room for the finner things in life-  like waking up after 12pm giving us the extra added beauty sleep needed for us to feel and look our best or maybe you are at that point in life were you can bloody wake up when ever you feel like –  but you’ve forgotten how em portent it is to connect with your higher self if any of this hit home your are in the right place honey –

I’m about to share some of the benefits I’ve  experienced  practicing yoga  for over two decades  now.

  • Improves flexibility and balance
  • Increases strength and muscle tone
  • Reduces stress and promotes relaxation
  • Improves posture and body awareness
  • Can boost mental well-being and reduce anxiety 

these are just to name a few – all of them are important but If I must say the last one {Can boost mental well-being and reduce anxiety} is what has me coming back over and over again –

These are  important not only to the body and  mind – were the mind goes the body fowls –

your ability to connect and tap into your divine feminine is a crucial aspect with you being able to hear and connect with your higher self – every day i us yoga as a check in – wit me feminine energy and yoga allows me to hear and feel what my body needs unsaid and out not to mincing how positive the world feels after i’.ve completed my practise for the day.

Every time you show up to your yoga mate –  the divine feminine with in you awaits you- as women we all hold a certain amount of power that can birth or destroy I believe every one holds the power to do so – women just have more of  it – women are creators by nature-

we hold so much power in general – that what makes it all the more reason why incorporating a yoga practice in your life will have you feeling powerful and taped in to your ability’s – whether then living cushion to wind- as women we have a responsibility to the universe to make good on what has been given.

Here  are some things  to  expect when done on a consistent bases :

Increased sense of inner peace and calmness
Greater self-awareness and mindfulness
Enhanced connection between the mind, body, and spirit
Improved emotional balance and stress reduction
A sense of spiritual growth or connection to something greater than oneself
It’s important to note that the spiritual experience of yoga can vary greatly from person to person, depending on their individual beliefs, practice, and intention

 

Energy is transferred – when  practicing yoga – you allow the flow of energy to moves to were it’s need to be – rather then having it be painted up somewhere  it could be doing more harm then good –

moving your body allows you the peace and joy that comes from moving your body in a way that is intone with your sprite; leaving you in peace and harmony with not just yourself but those around you – tapping in to this divine will gives you the ability to crate and remove what no longer serves you whether it be old tired relationships , a job that no longer servers you  the list goes on-

let’s face it – the only way to allow the joys of “freedom” in or life is to become who we were truly ment to be – so visit the mat and let it lead you to the doors that were closed shot-  unleash your divine destiny– stay in love, stay in peace and stay in power!
