Making healthy choices these day’s could be a task all by it’s self- This is one of the reasons I’m so existed to disuse this topic –

 

This is the year off great shifts  – something  I’ve been experiencing for sometime now – I’m sure you felt  the shifts happening in your life as well – lucky for you; I have cultivated  what I call a “tool kit” something I’ve spoken about through out the podcast episode { Elizabeth Magical Garden}  

But for now – I’ll name a few :

  • Consistent: as it helps build momentum and creates lasting positive habits.
  • Save money: knowing you have money set aside reduces anxiety about financial uncertainties

Study shows when there is a change of income – their food quality often suffers for several reasons:

  • Cheaper Alternatives: People often opt for processed foods and less nutritious options because they’re typically less expensive than fresh, whole foods
  • Bulk Buying: While buying in bulk can save money, it may lead to purchasing more shelf-stable, processed items rather than fresh produce
  • Limited Variety: Budget constraints can result in repeatedly buying the same affordable items, reducing dietary diversity

when you eat health – on a daily basis – this small but powerful act starts to show up in every area of life; promoting a full, happier way of living.

Choose your greens with loving care, Fresh and vibrant, nature’s flair. Colorful plates bring delight, Making healthy choices bright. Every meal a chance to shine, When wholesome foods align divine.

Millions of people  – aren’t aware that simple meals are – could be a health chose as well-

Living around an abundance amount of food could – create a mindset of enough  is never enough –  this attitude has a tendency to ease  it’s way  in to all areas of your life –

Nourish your body, feed your soul, Fresh fruits and veggies make you whole. Lean proteins and whole grains too, Give strength and energy just for you.Water flowing crystal clear, Keeps your system running dear. Skip the sugar, mind the treats, Choose the wholesome foods to eat.Balance on your dinner plate, Makes your body feel first-rate. Listen to what your body needs, And follow where good health leads.

Tip: Smart Meal Planning: Plan meals ahead to avoid waste and maximize ingredient usage Local Markets: Shop at farmers’ markets, especially near closing time for better deals on fresh produce

conclusion: taking action for what you – “consume”  is a form of self love;
