3 Tips on how to release trapped emotions!

Releasing trapped emotions

is something I had to lean the

value of, And man

 it took me almost a lifetime to

learn, And to be honest I’m still leaning, Here

are three helpful tips I believe that can help you live a more freeing yet

peaceful life.

Release trapped emotions:

Speak to someone” that you trust” Believe me when I tell you I’m a very

private person, Speaking to anybody about my feelings has never came easy

form me BUT iv learned releasing trapped emotion is a healing journey .

 Finding somebody to speak to helps you release TRAPPED emotions that you

didn’t even notice, over the years that you were still holding on to. Which helps

you realize your self from the inside out.  One of the ways that helped me to

releasing trapped emotion was seeking out a therapist, Now I know

everyone isn’t into speaking to a  therapist so hear me out, I to was one of “those

people for a time, But guess what when the shit hits the fan, All that changed

for me and I’ve never looked back. If you

don’t want to speak to someone that you know on a personal level this is

definitely an option.

Exercise to release trapped emotions:

Exercise exercise yes guys…. Exercise is one of the greatest things you can do

to  release trapped emotions that is, Years ago before  I started my New Career,

When I was working a 9 to 5 I used to wake up at 4:15am that’s right 4:15 AM!

to practice my breathing and stretching my body,

First thing in the morning, I

find  Have your gym clothes right next to your bed

helps make it a no-brainer,

Making it easy to reach for it as soon as you get out of bed,  Weather it’s yoga

going for a walk taking a jog, This right here is extremely important,

  Reason being, Getting

that “trapped energy “ out side of your system has so many health benefits:

🌸 weight loss🌸

🌸 Brain Clarity🌸

🌸 Blood flow🌸

Holistic eating that will aid you in release trapped emotions :

Your eating habits has a lot to do with your emotions, We really live in a society

were we are Kings and Queens of emotional eating. Think about it, When things are

going  a stray, Like meeting deadlines, moving house Ext,  We tend to stuff

ourselves 9 outta 10  times which has always been the case for me {chips and deeps}

was my  go to uhhhh… Can we say sour cream and

onion,  You know, How it is …. “I’m  only

going to have this glass of wine, Turns into a couple of glasses of win,

Now having a glass of wine after a long day there is nothing wrong with that,

BUT if you’re

eating chocolate chips and so forth which turns into a “benching diet “ not only

is it not  healthy for you,  It makes you feel like shit!

speaking from my on personal experience  that is, I was emotionally stressed

out and  needed a outlet, Believe me I payed for it  the next day…

Eating  holistically; meaning allowing your body to guide you in healthy choice,

stay hydrated, Drink lots of water, Double up on fruits, yes yes I know this will have

you go to the bathroom, What better way to release trapped emotions which is

in the toilet I know…I know… But hey it does work, Your gut is  connected to your

mental health.  Guy’s again  I’m only speaking from my personal experience,

When I started taking this seriously  it changed my life. I really pray these few
